Flawsome by Georgia Murch is the first of a handful of book covers I have designed in recent months for Major Street Publishing.

The third book from Australia’s leading expert in designing feedback cultures for organisations, Flawsome invites us as readers to 'accept your flaws... make peace with your humanity... drop your search for perfection, [and] be OK with being enough - flaws and all.'

Georgia cited Michelle Obama's Becoming and Jonathon Van Ness' Over The Top as titles she wanted her book cover to sit beside (at least aesthetically!). To complement the stunning image of Georgia, captured so beautifully by photographer Rachel Callender, I chose a fuss-free sans-serif typeface and set it in bold citrus yellow.

This simple yet striking cover design sends a clear message to the reader: the beginning of their journey to unabashed self-acceptance starts here!

You can find Flawsome at major book retailers or download Part 1 for free at Georgia's website.
