Graphic Design Speak commended at 2020 Australian Business Book Awards

Late last month I was pretty thrilled to learn that my book, Graphic Design Speak, was a finalist in the 2020 Australian Business Book Awards!

The awards were judged by a panel of Australian publishing experts, and to be a finalist in the Communication & Sales category against over a dozen other titles was a real honour.

Graphic Design Speak: Tips, Advice and Jargon Defined for Non-Graphic Designers explains the concepts of graphic design that are sometimes tricky to wrap one's head around if it's not your background. Everyone – but especially small business owners – needs a little graphic design in their lives, and whether you're working with a professional or choosing to DIY, having some extra knowledge up your sleeve will save you money and time (and don't we all need more of those two things).
